We will be all geeking out on Kens fractal approach to Circularity and really excited to reveal this deeper work to our whole systems work – with the fractal approach it helps you to be able to work deeper into one of our most loved parts of the Academy ‘The Everything that is in everything that is in everything’ and helps you to map the zoom in and the zoom out in a more complete way
August 27th 2025 – The Business of Circularity
Aside from making the product work physically, we have to approach Circular Business in a new and distinct way otherwise Circularity itself will not be viable. We have to move from linear product AND linear Business mentalities. Ken and Rachel guide you through this, clearly showing the pain points that most businesses have in this space and how to work new models, new economics and a fresh thinking for your business.
September 24th 2025 – Circular Customer Buy in
One of the biggest things that we troubleshoot on is how to work with your customer and create compelling circular offers, education messaging or edutainment .. how you translate your new business models and offers to a customer that thinks that £150 is hefty into a buyer that is singing your praises and sharing your business. How to ensure that you are being transparent in the correct way and making sure that all PR is positive and creates precession.

Ken Alston has been working on applied ‘Sustainable Circularity’ for 3 decades and brings his working expertise on the macro companies who were the pioneers of Circular iteration and application at the start before Circularity was even a word.
He trained many who are now at the top of the companies featured win our Real Circularity Summit
Ken worked with the originators of The Cradle to Cradle® and applied it within companies, helped to develop the C2C work and in-depth granular levels of transparency.
He is the trusted authority on Circularity and is a real legend in this space.
Rachel Sheila Kan is a circularity and sustainability professional in the fashion and textile domain. She also has an applied understanding of Regenerative business structuring and new economics withe her work in the growing of Eco-systemic process inside the Ecosystem incubator as well as per professional consultancy in Circular Earth.
Her in-depth attitude where we work both with academia and in creating REAL projects is a part of how we co-created The Real Circularity work. Sick of all talk and not enough action especially inside the fashion space , Rachel always comes from a place of working from a collaborative edge. In her TEDx talk she discusses this new way of seeing the world that is applied in all areas of her work.
